Throughout history, we have witnessed significant advances in promoting equality and eradicating gender-based discrimination. The law establishes provisions to eliminate the structural inequality faced by women in all areas of life, from work to social settings. Among its provisions is the obligation for public administrations to develop and implement their own Equality Plan, as well as for companies and organizations with more than 50 employees. This decree establishes the development of a Code of Prevention and Approach for these behaviors, which is one of the most effective ways to prevent and address harassment in the workplace.
